KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Skills
- Execute complex upholstery work on various furniture pieces
- Perform deep button techniques to exact specifications
- Handle and work with leather materials professionally
- Operate both as bench worker and production line team member
- Maintain consistent quality standards across all pieces
Production Requirements
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Switch between bench and line work as per production schedules
- Follow technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Maintain workspace organisation and cleanliness
- Complete quality control checks at each stage
Material Handling
- Assess leather quality and appropriateness for specific projects
- Calculate material requirements accurately
- Handle expensive materials with care and minimal waste
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in professional upholstery
- Demonstrated expertise in leather upholstery
- Proven experience with deep button techniques
- Ability to work both independently (bench) and in team settings (line)

- Use industrial frame stapling guns and glue guns professionally
- Operate hand tools safely and efficiently
- Work independently at designated bench station

Production Requirements
- Meet daily KPI targets for frame assembly
